There is a song in the musical show Oliver called "I'd do Anything." A line in that song has Nancy singing "Would you climb a hill?" with the Dodger answering "Anything for you."
Now "would you buy a rope?" for your child? The rope ladder, that is! There are all kinds of ways kids learn - visual, musical, logical, interpersonal, etc. Kids also learn by bodily-kinesthetic movement or another way to put it - the use of their body. Don't just think educational toys like Baby Einstein products
